To book a routine appointment:
Routine appointments may be booked up to three weeks in advance.
In order to direct you to the most appropriate clinician our Care Navigators will ask about your symptoms. If you require urgent medical advice, a nurse or doctor will call you to discuss your problem. If it is considered appropriate, an appointment will be booked with a clinician in surgery.
If appropriate our Care Navigators may book you in to see a clinician with the On Day Service, located at the Long Eaton Health Centre on Midland Street, Long Eaton. The On Day Service can see patients with acute conditions (e.g. chest infections, urinary tract infections, etc.) and will be able to prescribe as necessary.
There is always a doctor on call at the practice during surgery hours (8:00am to 6:30pm).
Patients are requested to switch off mobile phones before a consultation to avoid interruption.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
