Active Lives in Erewash Awards

Erewash Borough Council will be holding it’s first Active Lives in Erewash Awards in February 2020. The awards will celebrate how physical activity has changed the lives of people who live in Erewash whether that be individually, in a community group, club or team. The nominations are NOW OPEN and will close on January the 10th 2020.

They are now inviting nominations for the 10 awards on their website, follow the link below to download the nomination form and awards criteria;

We are introducing a new App for all our patients; this app will allow you to;

  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Receive appointment reminders
  • Monitor and track your health
  • Set up medication reminders
  • Book and cancel appointments for those you care for (with their permission)

Registration is quick and simple; you just need to enter your mobile number and your date of birth

Surgery Closure

Please be aware the surgery will be closed for training on the 8th January 2020 for the afternoon. We will re-open as normal from 8.00am on 9th January 2020.

If you need urgent medical advice when we are closed, please ring the NHS 111 service.
