This “Choose Well” information may help guide you.

Our receptionists will try to direct you to the most appropriate care. We have nurse practitioners as well as practice nurses who all have different skills. In addition, we have appointments bookable from 8am for the same day. The “On Day Service” also has appointments at Long Eaton Health Centre -these may be booked by ringing our surgery.

Evening appointments are available on Tuesdays and must be booked in advance.

Urgent appointments can be arranged the same day – please tell the receptionist if you feel your problem really cannot wait for a routine appointment. Usually, a nurse/nurse practitioner or GP will ring you to discuss your problem first.

For emergencies dial 999.

Please contact us by phone to arrange an appointment. Some doctor and phlebotomy (blood test)  appointments are now available for booking online.
