We have an increasing volume of calls for urgent telephone advice. As a trial, some of these patients may now be rung back by a nurse or nurse practitioner initially to try and speed up our response to you and allow those who need GP advice to receive it more quickly.
Thank you to those patients who completed the PPG questionnaires in June 2014. We are pleased to let you know that the results have now been compiled by the Patient Participation Group and a summary of these results is now available within the PPG section of this website.

The 2nd-7th June 2014 is national PPG (patient participation group) awareness week.
Our patient participation group are asking patients about their practice experience.
Some patients will be asked face to face when they attend the surgery by members of the PPG.
A questionnaire can also be downloaded below, and printed/completed and returned to any of the surgeries before the end of June.
There are boxes at reception to post the replies in.

The family of Dr Elizabeth Kinston would like to thank all of their friends, her patients and members of the public who have offered their support, love, and well wishes.
There will be a Service of Celebration, for all those who would like to attend. It will be held at St Peters Church Nottingham NG1 2NW on Saturday 7th December. The Service of Celebration will commence at 2pm, until 3pm.
